My most exciting day under quarantine

5 April 2020

I knew I was going to get char kway teow for lunch today. And a delivery of personal items and supermarket items from my brother who is finally out of his implicated quarantine order.

Char Kway Teow delivery

My room mate received her private delivery in the afternoon, and her dad bought two huge packets of char kway teow – my love. I surprised myself by finishing one packet on my own. I ninja-ed the other packet to a friend a few rooms down.

I chatted up my neighbour next door and the neighbours directly below us from the balcony. Girl from next door is French who studies in the UK. She passed us a block of camembert cheese that her mum gave her.

My delivery was massive.

Food items including pandan cake from Prima Deli

I had salad and bubble tea for dinner. Was dying from the lack of vegetables.

I got a new set of pyjamas and changed out of what I had been wearing for the past 7 days.

I did an exfoliating home facial and an eye mask. My skin never felt more relieved!

HDMI cable and TV setup.

I RECEIVED MY HDMI CABLE FOR MY MACBOOK AND THAT MEANS I AM NO LONGER HELD HOSTAGE TO LOCAL TV ON THE SCREEN! So I watched two episodes of Itaewon Class on the TV.

And I go to bed, knowing that I have a pandan cake to wake up to the next day.
